The title of this article may seem like I’m about to slag off Disneyland Paris but that’s not what I want to do. I’ve been to the park for what must for 30+ holidays now and keep going back. There is a lot to love about Paris and it’s version of the Magic Kingdom and castle are the best designed in the world. With the recent cash injection and refurbishments it should soon be back to its best. Financial problems have caused the parks problems and led to missteps in the overall progress of the park. Marvel Season of Superheros (2019)

Disneyland Paris have brought back their Marvel Season for a second year. While the first had some issues, the Marvel Heroes United show had regular problems, the second year has show a vast improvement. The season is still exclusively within the Walt Disney Studios Park. Entertainment There are no new shows this year but the three offerings from last year are back and all with updates. Marvel Heroes United The show has already been more reliable than in 2018 where it was regularly cancelled or needed a restart. The use of drones has been improved, a few elements have been simplified and others tweaked. Rather than reinventing the show there are just a lot of small changes but these add up to a far better show all around. There are still some issues with the flow of the show overall and managing to put a story together with so many main characters but that has often been an issue Marvel films have faced. 10k 2018 Characters

If you've never been to a run event at Disneyland Paris you may not know but the character lists aren't announced and neither are the numbers or locations of them. There are a number of things we can work out from last years first 10k and the announced themes. How Character Meets Work This is not a normal meet experience. Don't expect autographs, no one signs, even if they usual do. All of them should have a photopass photographer but you need to have bought the run weekend photopass. A normal park one won't cover it. You can take a camera but you will most likely need to hand this to someone stood behind you or a friend. The rule is also one picture each. These are quick in and out photo opportunities. You'll be lucky to more than 10 seconds per person. Queues do get shut. This is often caused by people taking too long.
